Wailea Golf

Maui’s award-winning Wailea Golf Club, located just minutes from the resort, is one of the largest and most acclaimed golf facilities in Hawai’i. Featuring three championship courses, two full-service pro shops and the finest outdoor training facility in the Pacific, Wailea Golf Club is rated among the best golf courses in the country by both Golf Magazine and Golf Digest.
Built on the lower slopes of Mount Haleakala in Maui, Wailea Golf Club’s 12-acre training facility consists of two putting and chipping areas, fairway and greenside practice bunkers, and a driving range sporting two sets of tee boxes and three built-in target greens with pins and traps. The attention to detail at this exceptional golf facility is remarkable; even the grasses are identical to those on the golf courses, creating an almost perfect simulation of actual course conditions.

Maui Whale Watching
From December to April, Maui is the ultimate gateway to some of the best Humpback Whale watching in the world. Expert guides can take you to the best spots to observe the majestic 40 ton Humpback Whales playfully surfacing, tail slapping or blowing spouts in the air. Cruises and whale tours depart from Maʻalaea and Lahaina Harbor.

Hotel accommodations and meals will be provided throughout the Partner Advisory Council event. Airfare, ground transportation, and parking are not provided and will be arranged by each PAC Member.

As a Top Performer, we welcome you and your significant other to come celebrate your success with the Leadership Team of the Comcast Business Solutions Advisor Program.
- One attendee per partner company.
- Your guest may not be a current or former employee of the winning company and must be a minimum of 21 years old.
AIR TRAVEL

- Comcast Business will reimburse airfare for you and your guest up to $500 per person.
- Reimbursement will be made after the conclusion of the event.
- Please provide your airfare receipt(s) along with who to make the check out to, and mailing address to: Karen Noble at [email protected]
TRANSPORTATION
- Upon your flight arrival at the Kahului (OGG) Airport, please go to the baggage claim area assigned to your flight.
- Please look for the greeter holding a sign with the Comcast Business Top Performers Club logo.
- Please identify yourself to the greeter and they will assist you with your luggage and escort you to the waiting transportation.
- All actual arrival flight times are monitored, so if your flight arrives early or late, your transportation will still be available when you arrive.
- Should your flight information change, or in the unlikely event that you cannot find the greeter with the sign, please contact Karen Noble at 303-434-1167.
- Ground transportation will be provided for winner and adult guest (21 years and older) only.
- Ground transportation will only be provided on the Program start date of Monday, February 26 and Program end date of Friday, March 1, 2024.
- For those who choose to arrive early and/or depart on days other than the Program dates detailed above, it will be up to the individual to arrange and pay for their transportation.
- Ground transportation will only be provided from the Kahului Airport to/from Fairmont Kea Lani.
- Please note that the average travel time from OGG to the Fairmont Kea Lani is approximately 30 minutes.
- All transfers and gratuities have been prepaid.
- Rental Cars, UBER/Lyft, and parking are not eligible for reimbursement.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS (ARRIVAL/CHECK-IN)
Hotel accommodations will be at the Fairmont Kea Lani Resort in Maui, 4100 Wailea Alanui Dr, Wailea-Makena, HI 96753
- Each winner will be provided one hotel room for 4 nights (tax included), with arrival on Monday, February 26, 2024 and departure on Friday, March 1, 2024. All other incidental charges will be at your expense.
- You will need to provide a credit card upon arrival for any room charges. When you arrive at the hotel you will check-in at the main lobby. At that time, you will be given your Welcome Packet that includes your name badges, activity information, and agenda.
- Hotel Check-in time is 4:00PM local time, and Hotel Check-out time is 12:00PM local time. Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out are not guaranteed.
ATTIRE
The Maui weather forecast during our stay shows high temperatures in the low 80s, and low temperatures in the mid-60s.
- Welcome Reception: Tuesday evening, 2/26/24: Dress for this evening is resort casual.
- Business Update Meeting: Wednesday morning, 2/27/24: Dress for this will be business casual.
- Dinner Event: Wednesday evening 2/27/24: Dress for this evening is resort casual.
- Activities: Thursday, 2/28/24: Dress depending upon your activity selection.
- Awards Dinner: Thursday evening, 2/28/24: Business or Cocktail attire is requested.
GUESTS
This program is for adults (21 years and older) only. If you must travel with a child, you will be liable for transportation to and from the airport, as our company liability does not cover children on any Top Performers Club contracted transportation. Children are not permitted to attend any Top Performers Club scheduled events or activities. Therefore, you are responsible for making childcare arrangements while in attendance at these events.
Business Update Meeting: This is for the primary winner only. Please do not bring your guest to the Business Update meeting. This would be a great time for your guest to enjoy the property.
